This is another Legacy Park “mega” neighborhood. The most notable thing is that in one of the neighborhoods of Legacy Park, back in 1996 or 1997 HGTV and Better Homes built their annual “House of the Year”. It was a huge attraction at the time and for many years there was a sign out in front of the property and a plaque that it was the HGTVand Better Homes “house of the year”. At the time it had all the “latest and greatest” features. Legacy Park -is in the shape of a horseshoe and about 10 or 12 individual neighborhoods are like spokes around the horse shoe. There a tons of hiking, biking and walking trails. A Baseball diamond, football and soccer fields, swimming and tennis facilities, playgrounds, etc. People who live in Legacy Park really love it! This home is located in the Annandale neighborhood of Legacy Park.
